This is a key position and the person will be responsible for the growth of the business and marketing.
The initial contract will be one year and will be renewed based on performance and availability of funds

- Spearhead membership recruitment drives
- Fix appointments and meet stakeholders
- Meet clients and show demonstrations of our services and achieve results.
- Study and analyze and member cooperative society requirements.
- Prepare unique and complete proposals
- Market space in KCPA’s quarterly newsletter
- Co-ordinate the organization’s activities as may be required from time to time
- Perform any other related duty you may be called upon
Qualification and Skills required
- University degree in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations, Agriculture and Agri-Business related Social Sciences or any other business related field
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a busy environment.
- Must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to make sensible presentations which would trigger business growth.
- Should be proficient in working with computer and have software skills such as working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be a lady and aged between 25 to 40 years
- Experience in working with cooperatives would be an added advantage
