Vacancy: Technical Sales Administrator
Job Purpose: Effectively Co-ordinate all administrative issues in the Technical Sales Department.
Key Tasks:

Key Tasks:
- Day to day office management of the department.
- Writing and filling general letters in the department.
- Attend departmental meetings take minutes and keep records.
- Ensure Technical Sales database is updated regularly.
- Monitor attendance and clocking of all Technical Sales Staff.
- In consultation with the Sales and Marketing Manager monitor and ensure timely reports by the sales agents.
- Ensure clients files are maintained for each client.
- Prepare quotations for Technical Sales Department in consultation with the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years experience in an Administrative role.
- Outstanding, self driven and proactive individual with an eye for detail and ability to withstand pressure.
- Must be proficient in common computer packages.
